Nurse users can be connected to multiple approved facilities, upon request.

Add or Remove Facilities

  1. Log into your NursePro Plus portal account.
  2. Go to the Contact Support form.
  3. Use a clear subject line, like “Remove XYZ Facility from Account” or “Add ABC Facility to Account” to help our team understand what you need.
  4. Include any additional details about the facilities you would like to be added or removed in the “Message” field.
  5. A NursePro Plus Manager will review your request and take the necessary actions. Depending on the nature of your request, we may follow up with specific questions before granting your request.
